These pillows are of good quality and very soft. The pillow does not have an odor and is ready to use after fluffing. My drawback is that I like a firmer pillow. After fluffing, the pillow seems to lose its fullness and volume, causing to fluff the pillow again.. Janice. Houston, TX. Wed Jul 15 2026

I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, and these are by far some of the best I’ve slept on. They have the perfect balance of softness and support, so they feel plush without going flat. They stay cool throughout the night, fluff back up easily, and have made such a difference in my sleep quality. I wake up without the neck stiffness I used to have, and they still look and feel brand new. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are exactly what they say they are so fluffy. We have been using them for a few weeks now and they are still nice and fluffed. They are not firm so if you prefer a firm pillow you probably won't like this one. They fit perfectly into a queen or king pillow case. The set is nice, soft and comfortable and provides me with a great night of sleep.. Jessica H. Hinesville, GA. Thu May 19 2022

I ordered the high profile pillows, they are flat!!!!! I have one that I purchased a couple months ago from the furniture store and it's way different. They weren't marked at all so i believe this is a knock off product. I believe I was scammed!!!! See attached pictures the Wayfair one has no markings or tags and not as fluffy. Very disappointed with the product and Wayfair. Denise. Thu Dec 26 2024
