Overall the bed is great. I’m giving it a 4-star because this bed isn’t designed for US buyers. The holes for the stud screws are off and are not the standard US measurement. In my photos you’ll see I used a 2 inch by 4inch piece of wood allowing me to secure the wood to the studs in the wall and then secure the bed to the wood. That’s the only way this would work. Other than that, bed took 3-hours to assemble and is easy to lift up and bring down.. Tianthony. Washington, Dc. Sat Oct 10 2026

I bought this Murphy bed for my guest bedroom and its exactly what I was looking for. Assembly was definitely a challenge (instructions were good, but lots of heavymoving pieces), but for the price it was worth it. There are no shelves inside the cabinets, but that was perfect so I can easily store the pillows and comforter while the bed is up.
