These are old pictures so don’t mind the mess, but I love that the bed looks black from afar but up close you can see the weathered espresso brown. Beware of the height though! I had to leave one of the top posts off in order to be able to still use the ceiling fan. I don’t mind that though. Anonymous. Thu Oct 08 2026

Some furniture just sits in a room. The Brixton runs it. Made entirely of solid pine wood, this king bed leans into its four-poster roots — hand-turned finial posts, a gracefully arched headboard, and a scalloped footboard that reads part farmhouse, part heirloom. It's a lot of presence for one piece of furniture, in the best way. Skip the box spring — the Brixton ships with 13 solid wood slats and 3 central support legs for sturdy, ready-to-sleep support straight out of the box. Built to support up to 560 lbs, it's made for actual everyday life, not just showroom photos. The wood is FSC certified and sourced from renewable forests. Available in a rich Walnut finish or a modern matte Black, the Brixton is CARB/TSCA Title VI certified and meets California 93120 formaldehyde emission standards. Assembly takes about 60 minutes with two people.

The dimensions listed in the photo are wrong!!! It is not 84" high. Refer to dimensions in the listing under 'Specifications' instead. I ordered this because I wanted a high poster bed. Thankfully I caught the discrepancy before unpackaging and assembling everything. Super disappointing though because we waited for it and it won't even work for our needs so have to return it.. The bed frame is lovely. I put it together by myself in about 2.5 hours. I did add extra slats because I worried that the spacing between them would be too far apart for my mattress. The color is SLIGHTLY warmer than pictured as others have said but it’s not like WARM. It’s been study so far and we love how it looks in our room. I would recommend it and if I had to I’d buy it again.. Samantha. Deer Park, WA. Tue Aug 04 2026

Transform your bedroom into an elegant retreat with this Full Size Crown Shaped Platform Bed. Perfect for bedrooms, guest rooms, and other relaxing spaces, this elegant platform bed adds timeless style and dependable comfort to your home.

Great bed! a bit more beige than expected but loss of the star if for the slats being individual rather than connected by cloth strips also this product could be improved by adding only one additional slat. Currently there are 5 inches between each slat. most mattress companies recommend no more than a 3" gap to prevent sagging.. Leslie. Sat Oct 03 2026

Love this bed-frame, and the dark walnut colour is perfect! I do wish it was made of real wood (the legs are and they’re such great quality) but it’s sturdy and affordable! So I’m really happy overall, the mattress we used was about 8-9 inches high and is the sweet spot for low profile look. Makes the head board look bigger and adds to the aesthetic!. Ryan.
