My only complaint is the bolts for the handles and knobs were just barely long enough, the first one I accidentally over tightened and it broke. Exercise extreme caution with the knobshandles. It comes all in one box mattress and bed frame so it's heavy. Everything was tied in really good with zip ties which took forever to take out of the box because you have to cut each individual zip tie. Of course the mattress was an easy setup it comes compressed so just open and let it expand for a few of hours. However, the bed frame is a nightmare! The most difficult to assembly. It literally took me 3 hours and the instruction manual was horrible. The pictures are not clear enough to understand so you have to kind of guess where things go. it just took forever! In any case, once everything was assembled it was exactly what I hoped for, and it was actually comfortable if you prefer a firm mattress. Definitely a space saver, it easily stored away in my closet. Assembly took ~6 person hours with a couple of mistakes that required taking some pieces apart and reassembling. Multiple pieces were not labeled with numbers and the instructions were somewhat difficult to follow. This piece is very sturdy but note that it weighs ~240 lbs in total. Converting it from a cabinet to a bed is definitely a 2 person operation as the top is quite heavy. A 6" trifold mattress just barely fits - it makes it hard to use the latch and puts pressure on the front panel such that it slightly bends outwards.
