The bed and the color and frame style are a beautiful look for my children’s bedroom at our lake house. However, upon delivery I received a gray colored frame when I chose a white frame. I tried to reach customer service via messaging on here, email and a call and I couldn’t get anywhere to start a resolution on trying to get the correct color. I went in many sites to go about starting a eyur. But was informed that my item wasn’t available for a return or exchanged I don’t want to have to go through the trouble to paint it white. I didnt assemble the product because we are wanting a white bunk rather than gray. But the box came intact and the material seems beautiful and sturdy. Here is a photo of the bed unassembled in the box. Thank you though!. Julie. North Smithfield, RI. Sun Sep 20 2026

I’m really happy with this bed! ❤️ Great bed for the price, and the assembly was pretty easy. It recommends having two people, but honestly, one person can put it together. All of the hardware and pieces were included, so I didn’t have to buy anything extra. Everything fit together perfectly, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out.. Misty. Texas. Mon Oct 12 2026

This bed combines versatility and sturdiness in one design. The bed frame is constructed entirely from wood and metal, featuring three central support legs that ensure both strength and stability. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach. The LED lighting adds a nice modern touch and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room, especially in the evenings. I also love the built-in charging station, which helps keep cords organized and makes charging devices overnight much more convenient. The frame feels sturdy and well-made once assembled, with no squeaking or wobbling. The dark wood finish looks even better in person and gives the room a clean, modern look. Overall, this bed combines style, storage, and functionality in one piece of furniture and has been a great addition to my bedroom. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone looking to maximize storage space without sacrificing appearance or quality. Great value for the price!. Anonymous. Mon Jun 15 2026

Four under-bed drawers glide smoothly on premium wheels, while a hidden storage area at the foot—concealed by Velcro-attached Oxford fabric—keeps your space clutter-free. Assembly is easy with a one-piece open-close frame, and drawer safety clips prevent sliding. This bed frame adds practicality and style to any bedroom, guest room, or studio.

We ordered a new bedframe because our previous one was breaking. This one is shorter and honestly I prefer it because of that! We have a 12-14" mattress with 2 different toppers layered on it and our room isn't the biggest so I really appreciate the shorter bedframe appearing to open up the room. It seems to be very sturdy so far. I also love that it has 4 storage drawers, color changing LED lights (with velcro as the adhesive!), and a charging station! Overall very very nice!. Katelyn.
