Was going to give only three stars but my daughter actually loves it so I gave it four stars. I ordered the pink bed. Wayfair sent me the gray one after all the other pink beds were sold out without informing me. The bed would have been extremely simple to assemble if I had only needed the Allen wrench that came in the box however I also needed a screwdriver. Save yourself some time and have a power drill ready. I have been very impressed with this Montessori floor bed. It is made of strong, sturdy wood, was relatively easy to construct, and has been a massive hit with my toddler. I love that it has installed bookshelves that can be used as he gets bigger. The mattress fits perfectly and allows him to climb in and out without needing assistance. The only thing that is slightly difficult is it making this bed can be hard. However, I think that any floor bed would be just as difficult. Overall, I would definitely recommend this purchase..
