The 12" carbon steel wok is great. Though it came pre-seasoned, I seasoned it again before my first use. Made some stir fried rice. The result was amazing. I have been using it for almost 10 days. As I also use a lot of cast iron pans, I am familiar with the seasoning techniques. The non-stick function is amazing. I also have a 14" carbon steel wok from Cuisinart. I really love using them for stir frying and for deep frying. They are both great additions to my kitchen.. Rk26. Toronto, ON. Sat Dec 27 2025

Wok cooking is easy, quick and healthy; making a delicious stir-fry perfect for a mid-week dinner for the whole family. Prepare all your ingredients before you start cooking as it will only take a few minutes once in the wok. Once everything is chopped and ready to go, add a little oil and heat until the oil is smoking hot and you're ready to start cooking. Why not try whipping up a tasty and healthy bowl of Singapore rice noodles with lots of seasonal fresh vegetables and some fragrant red chillies and coriander leaves. If the contents look dry whilst cooking try adding a splash or water or stock rather than more oil.

You don’t have to be a professional chef to cook like one! Getting the job done right in the kitchen requires having the right tools on hand. And with the Rachael Ray Professional collection, you’re always ready. This big 14-inch wok is built for better searing and flavors while designed with durability, versatility, and convenience for cooking at home. It’s suitable for all stovetops, including induction, and ready to take on everything from stir-fry, fried rice, and noodle dishes to dumplings, braised meats, and even popcorn. The durable stainless steel is oven safe to 500 degrees F and dishwasher safe, so you can focus on making the mealtime magic that brings people together.

This mini wok makes stir-frying quick and easy. Lightweight and featuring a flat bottom ensures it is easy to use and fits perfectly on most hobs whether gas, electric or ceramic. The non-stick coating has been applied inside and out to provide a robust seal for long-lasting endurance making it the perfect piece of kitchen equipment for everyday use. Stir-fry cooking is all about being quick, easy and healthy and this mini wok has been designed to assist with achieving that. Made from 1.4mm gauge (thickness) carbon steel it offers great heat conduction making it ideal for high heat, high speed cooking whilst ensuring the temperature remains consistent throughout. The long wooden handle ensures it is easy to carry and perfectly balanced so won't topple over. To help prolong the integrity of the non-stick coating it is recommended to use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils rather than metal which can scratch. Occasionally apply a thin coating of cooking oil to the inner surface of the wok to prevent rusting should the coating become scratched. The non-stick coating also means it is easy to clean by hand with hot water. Mild detergent can be used if desired. Any stubborn food can be left to soak for a few minutes. Avoid using any harsh scouring products as this may damage the non-stick coating. Thoroughly dry with a clean soft cloth. The wooden handle has been crafted to ensure it is functional as well as traditionally stylish. Finished with a clear lacquer it is easy to clean and easy to carry even when full of delicious food. The handle is secured tightly to the wok with two rivets so you can be assured it won't become loose and wobbly over time. The large metal loop on the end allows for easy storage as you can simply hang up your wok when not in use. The mini wok has an ideal capacity for cooking for 1 - 2 people or for quickly cooking up a side dish. To start cooking, place the wok centrally on your hob ring and heat up gently with cooking oil. Once the oil is smoking hot add your chosen ingredients and start cooking. The non-stick coating means you don't need to tun the hob up to full heat. As long as you keep stirring and the food is sizzling it will cook quickly and evenly.
