This is a very beautiful star light. Very easy to assemble. My only concern was the heat from the bulb potentially igniting the paper, but I was advised by the company to use an LED bulb which emits lets heat and so I am trying that. The Christmas star string lights work great with trees from around 8 feet to 13 feet tall. Just hanging the large star about 11 feet up on the top of the tree, then drape the 9 string lights on the branches/ground or fix with metal inserts, following the shape of the tree.
