Five start is for appearance, tall back, and comfort. The chair is a good height and moves up and down. It is stiff overall - it goes back just a little so you’re mostly upright. The material is wipeable. I have a walking pad next to my 47 inch length, height adjusted desk, that’s why the chair is out, but it fits nicely under a desk. The high back is nice.
