The instructions to attach the armrests and the footrest were missing but it was easy to figure out by looking at the illustrations. Overall decent so far (just assembled). Love the look and the width of the seat (plenty of room side to side, and the depth is fine). So far the seat is very firm hoping it relaxes at least a little with use. Color is nice and seems very sturdy. There is some creasing on the arms from the way it was packaged (see photo). Is it an executive chair, mid-century modern design, or an ergonomic powerhouse more to the point, why should you have to choose with its click5 lumbar support, flip-adjust armrests, PU leather fabric, ReclineRock, classic colors, it all, and anything you want it to be.

We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands.
