I wanted a wide seated chair with a firm cushion as I spend a lot of time in it, I did want some sort of back support as I like to sit up straight. I understand what people are saying when they say there is 'no support'. I have to sit all the way back (I'm 5'4") to receive the back support. I bought a footrest and it seems to be helping with how close I have to sit to the desk to work (also changed out the wheels). This is a spacious chair! If you need the room, this is a great choice. This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. I love the way the chair looks, it matches my set up perfectly. It was easy to put together. I love the lumbar support in the chair back. My two biggest complaints are the headrest and the material. I can’t get the headrest situated just right, it sticks out at a strange angle. I suppose that’s probably supposed to be for my posture but it’s not very comfortable. First off I will admit Im petrified of anything I have to put together myself. But this assembly truly was easy. So easy I wouldve regretted if I paid someone to set it up. Peoduct was delivered within a week in a box that was a little beat up although everything was so well packaged inside there was no damage to the product at all. This is a great looking chair. I wouldnt say it looks like real leather but that's because it is not. Seems to be built well, it swivels nicely, reclines a little but not much. It is comfortable but not as comfortable as I had hoped although its brand new and I noticed every time I sit in it it feels a little better. I dont feel its as supportive as I had hoped. My old chair actually feels better. This one looks great in my house much better than my old chair, but Im keeping both till I get used to this one. In all honesty if I sat in it before I bought it, I probably wouldnt have bought it.
