The Painswick Storage Unit pairs a solid wood frame with a mixed-media storage layout, featuring two top drawers above four woven baskets. The removable baskets operate as pull-out bins with integrated cutout handles, allowing contents to be carried to other rooms or tucked completely out of sight. Measuring 29 inches wide and 27.5 inches high, the compact profile fits easily into entryways, bathrooms, or narrow hallways. Mixed Storage Layout: Two traditional pull-out drawers sit above four open cubbies, each fitted with a removable woven basket to organize household essentials while keeping visual clutter concealed. Removable Woven Baskets: The woven bins feature integrated cutout handles for easy access, allowing them to function as sliding drawers within the frame or standalone totes for carrying items across the room. Scalloped Base Apron: A subtly arched base apron softens the rectangular frame, while the solid top provides a stable surface for displaying lighting, trays, or everyday decor.. The shallow 13-inch depth makes it an ideal organizational drop zone for narrow entryways, mudrooms, or guest baths without restricting foot traffic. Wood and Woven Care: Wipe the frame clean with a damp cloth. Clean the woven baskets with a soft brush or vacuum attachment to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals on the finish.

Beautiful cabinet. The doors and drawer are actually carved/raised. I bought it for my porch goose outfits and they fit perfectly. It is light-weight and the wood is thin. Absolutely perfect for my guest bedroom. Compact size, and still functional. Guest always comment on the colors. Drawers are not on tracks so not the sturdiest but it’s not mean to be a daily dresser.. Erin. Scituate, MA. Thu Aug 06 2026

This little chest is very nice. It did take my husband quite a while to put it together. There are a lot of parts. But, we are quite happy with it. We are especially happy that the bottoms of the three large drawers are reinforced for added strength and to prevent sagging.. That doesn't always happen with this kind of furniture and my husband has had to add the reinforcement himself. We got the "Wood" colored one. The blond wood has a slight gray undertone, which I like. It keeps it from being too yellow. It's not as well-made as more expensive furniture, but it is well made for this price point and we are very happy with it. It came very quickly and was delivered to our front porch. I couldn't get my other photos to load. The color in the photo is darker than in real life. But you can see how the bottom of the drawer is reinforced in the photo.. Judith. Grand Rapid Mi. This mid-century accent cabinet is full of charm. The tall cabinet features a retro-hued silhouette and hand-painted floral pattern, which is a perfect unity of workmanship and design inspiration. The top of the cabinet has a double-door cabinet, which is suitable for storing art collections and memorabilia. Absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. We wanted a narrow cabinet for keys, pens, wallet. A place by the front door to drop you stuff and keep it hidden. Great colors and went together seamlessly. Excellent build and strong construction.. Robin. Thomasville, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

This accent chest is just the right storage solution for any room in your home. Crafted from kiln-dried solid and engineered wood, it comes in a dynamic finish that works with numerous styles and color palettes. We especially love the turned, tapered legs and rosette engravings above them for a traditional, French-country touch. Antiqued metal hardware adds perfect contrast, while four drawers of varying sizes give you spots for all your daily essentials.

Perfect fit for my guest room with other furniture the same color. We had a high school exchange student living in that room and using it for 10 straight months and there are no scratches or dents, so it’s been well tested! Elegant and beautiful looking. Drawers are a little cheap sounding with opening and closing, but who cares, it looks amazing! Highly recommend!. Sarah. Athens, GA. Sat Jun 27 2026

This drawer is great for underwear, socks and pajamas. Would probably store sweaters and bulkier items somewhere else. But it’s beautiful in my small space.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 30 2026

With 4 drawers, this accent chest gives your bedroom more storage space. The chest is made of engineered wood and finished in white to match the rich brown top. To give your room some French country flair, this chest features cabriole legs and a decoratively carved apron. There are detailed paneling on each drawer and brass metal handles on top. Finish the look with a vintage lamp and a few picture frames. Best of all, this chest arrives assembled.

First of all just want to say overall I am really pleased with this chest. However, it definitely looks a little different in person. The color is more of a buttercream color than antique white, but that works for me. Also the drawers are not on rollers so it feels more like one of those pieces of furniture that you have in a hallway or accent piece but I use it in the bedroom. If you’re looking for a certain look over storage this is a good fit.. Anonymous. Tue Jan 21 2025

I almost gave this 4 stars but I went with 5 because the dresser comes exactly as described. If you look at the dimensions prior to purchasing it, you should have no surprises on overall height or depth of drawers. It took a little bit of time to build but the instructions weren’t hard to follow. The color matches the item in the listing. I’m happy with this item.. Gabrielle. Sat Sep 05 2026
