The bench was delivered on the expected date. The bench is sturdy and feels like it’ll hold up for years. It wasn’t difficult nor did it take me long to put it together by myself. A lot of people said the holes were off, which made it difficult to put together. I didn’t experience that. Everything was able to be pieced together smoothly. I’m trying to get my entryway put together, and this is the first piece. I’m so exciteddddd!!. Madison. Mon Oct 05 2026

This bench doesn’t just sit in your space—it breathes history into it. Crafted from salvaged timber, each plank carries the whispered stories of its past life. The natural cracks, nail holes, and variations in tone aren’t flaws—they’re proof of character, preserved with reverence. The design is deliberately simple—just thick, solid wood atop sturdy splayed legs—because when material speaks this eloquently, it needs no ornament. No two pieces are alike, and yours will develop its own soft sheen over years of use. This is slow decor for those who believe beauty should be earned, not manufactured.

I bought the Cabinet thinking it looked great and would hold the electronic devices that had been sitting on the floor in a niche under a window in my living room for 5 years. It turns out the two side sections shelfs were not adjustable so everything did not fit inside, but everything does fit neatly out of sight behind it, so were happy and can store something else inside.. The Painswick Storage Bench is the perfect perch for removing boots in an entryway or garden shoes in the mud room. Crafted of pine in a smooth finish, Painswick's three removable woven baskets provide no-fuss storage, and a white cotton cushion completes the look with comfort and farmhouse charm.

Turned out very nice! I love it! Going to put this in my foyer for people to put their shoes in. Took about 30-45 minutes to put together wasn’t bad at all. The only thing we had an issue with is with one of the screws on the basket. We had to leave that one out because it would not screw in for some reason and it doesn’t affect the usability of it because it’s the screw in the back. Overall very nice buy highly recommend!.
