Looks as good at home as it is in photos and we were able to build it without professional help. We added a few reinforcement pieces because it seems fairly light and I am a little worried that it will not hold up over the years. The kids are 2 and 4 years old so hopefully it will last. I researched the greenhouses available online for a long time and felt the quality of reviews for this product and the price point were the best. I was right. When we received the shipment it felt a bit overwhelming but taking it step by step was the key. The 3D Bilt App was great. The instructions were written really well. It was impressive. The key was to seal the wood and take inventory first. Then organize by part number. My mom and I built the majority of it but needed help lifting some of the roof parts. The estimate of 2 days with 2 people is ridiculous. It took a week just to stain and organize everything. If you work during the week expect to spend 3-4 long weekends to get the project done. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. I did have to contact the group to obtain the correct building instructions. But once I got them it was easy sailing. We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large.
