Love, love, love this bookcase! It’s well made, sturdy, and very heavy. Thank goodness for the gentleman that installed it. This is a great service Wayfair offers. He was professional, polite in my home, and did an excellent job. The Fox Hollow Bookcase brings the architectural presence of built-in library shelving to any room in a refined, freestanding form. Drawing on the tall, ordered bookcases of late Georgian and early Regency English country houses, it stands just over 93 inches tall and nearly 80 inches wide, reading as true casework rather than decorative storage, with no custom carpentry required. Adjustable shelves make room for books, framed art and collected pieces, while bronze-finished hardware adds a quiet traditional note. Crafted from acacia solids and veneers and offered in Whitewash, Driftwood and Truffle finishes, Fox Hollow is equally at home anchoring a library wall, flanking a fireplace in the living room, or bringing structure and balance to a study, home office or dining room. An anti-tip kit is included.

I had to cancel the bookcases that come with the middle unit because they kept delaying the delivery date. Also, the middle unit comes in two boxes, A and B. One of the boxes has no tools in it, so when you open the 1 box and you take all the pieces out, don’t go thinking that the tools are missing because more than likely they’re in the other box. In terms of the two additional bookshelves that go on each side of the middle unit, I don’t know about that because I never received those. But for a second I thought was missing tools until I opened the other box, so just remember that the middle unit comes as box A and B. That said, it took some time to put together, but it’s pretty straightforward. Just make sure you pay attention to the direction of which the pieces go. Also, you WILL NEED someone to help you put the top on the bottom because you can’t do it yourself, even if you have the strength to pick it up, you still need someone to help you line up the nails on part A into the holes on part B once you put both together. And remember, this is from box A and box B, which is impossible to do on your own. I already tried. Unless you get on a ladder and have a mirror or some kind of concoction you will simply not be able to do it without risking tearing up the wood. So needless to say it’s a two man job to put the two pieces together. But it will be beautiful in the end. And I plan to get my other two book cases somewhere else or some similar ones from Wayfair I just got tired of waiting. ). Erin W.. MD. Fri Oct 09 2026

The collection provides elements to create a truly inspirational office environment. Hand planked wood veneers in a rich, dark roast finish the color of freshly brewed coffee, show highlights of natural wood that has aged and is mildly distressed. Distressing includes rasping, chopping, and wormholes, solid wood plank tops that accent the dark finish and emphasize the wood's natural beauty for two-tone authenticity. Antique bronze hardware adds a shimmering touch.

Good quality with minor issue like long bolt that can do damage to the case by bulging out the case laminate where the corbel is connected to the case . Also the left case is not aligned with the middle case if you look at the fully assembled case from the end face .. Olena. Palm Bay, FL. Sat Sep 26 2026

75.2" Tall Large Farmhouse Bookcase Bookshelf, 6-Tier Bookshelf, Open Storage with Adjustable Shelves, Exquisite Frame Wooden Bookcase for Living Room, Home Office

Very pretty! Very tall which is just what I wanted. I was worried about the stability with it being so tall but the unit is very well built and very sturdy. Sturdy but not too heavy to move or set up. It comes with a brace to attach to the wall but not necessary for my use. It took an hour to put together. There were many pieces but all very well labeled and hardware all divided in baggies and labeled making it very easy to know you were using the right piece.. Brenda. TX. Mon Sep 28 2026
