Since I use a duvet cover anyway, it isn't a dealbreaker. It also feels a little warmer than I expected, so if you're a very hot sleeper, you may want to keep that in mind. That said, I specifically wanted an all-season comforter, and it strikes a good balance between warmth and comfort. The biggest surprise was the value. LOVE this lightweight waffle weave blanket in burnt umber!!!!! First ~ most twin xl blankets are never long enough to adequately tuck under the mattress and stay in place but this one was PERFECTLY long enough!!! Second ~ it says it is lightweight and it actually is! Third ~ the color is actual color portrayed in Wayfair photo! It comes perfectly folded and tied with a bow and feels luxuriously soft. Since it is bamboo I expect it will be cooling for what hot nights we have ahead (just put this on minutes ago paired with a mainstays caramel brown sheet set).
