I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. The upper arm doesn’t screw tightly at first, but I realized it’s actually designed to remain loose. Once I understood that, it worked perfectly. I did try to call the “24/7” hotline about the loose upper arm, but both phone numbers were inactive. The QR code for the training video also didn’t link to this product—it redirected to a completely different one. Overall, the product itself gets 5/5, but customer service gets 0/5.. Anonymous. Good overall, though one connector being plastic was not ideal. It did get a little malformed during install. The unit is a little heavier, which could be a problem for some setups.
