When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. This dining set consists of a table and eight chairs. The eight chairs, six armless and two with armrests, have durable rubberwood legs, diamond pattern backs and rivet details, along with padded seats made of linen fabric and foam. I wanted a larger table that could seat up to eight, but I didn’t need it at all times, so this leaf table was perfect. The table and chairs are well made and sturdy, the cushions and just the right softness, and the leaf stores inside the table easily, so it’s easy to use when you need it and hide when you don’t. The manufacturer included tools in each hardware bag in case you discarded some along the way and there were more reinforcements than I’ve seen in modern furniture. It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place..
