Varaluz Tropical Contemporary Wall Sconce

Inspired by the flowering plant of the same name – as featured in the painting by Mary Vaux Walcott, found in the collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum– Jacob's Ladder by Varaluz rises to meet even the most discerning design tastes. An identifying feature of this plant is its foliage, with its densely packed leaf stems that bear small, fern-like leaflets, that rise along the stem. The Jacob's Ladder collection similarly features a stunning handwoven, alternating, natural, sustainable rattan and abaca rope layering. In a dark room, the backlighting on the rope has a starry night, twinkle effect. Hand crafted from 70% recycled steel. Low-VOC French Gold finish.

Inspired by the elements of New York City’s Brooklyn Bridge, the Park Row collection is sure to bridge the gap between functionality and inspired design. The Brooklyn Bridge’s neo-Gothic stone towers support a hybrid cable-stayed/suspension bridge design, with both vertical and diagonal suspender cables, which are the inspiration for Park Row. The interwoven cables create a repeating pattern that we have wrapped around and support modern clear fluted, recycled glass rods. The collection is hand-forged from 70% recycled steel. Hand-finished in matte black with French Gold edges.

It's back! This popular design from Varaluz's past makes a modern and bright return. There’s a reason you can use the word “dance” to describe the movement of life. Social Club always brings the party with a sense of glamour rooted in classic Hollywood style. It’s Art Deco with its collar loosened – dressed to impress in crystals with a Havana gold finish and custom chain.

Fairchild is the newest companion to our Morgan collection, and when Morgan and Fairchild come together, not only can 80s soap opera fans rejoice, but so can anyone looking for the ideal fixtures for rooms like the bath and kitchen. We think the ice queen and femme fatale herself would approve as Fairchild features delicate, handmade ice glass (milky white mixed in clear), accented by the perfect curves. Fairchild also features barely-there metal work and includes black, gold and nickel glass lock ups to make it easy to match existing hardware.

The Morgan is a British sports car known for its unique blend of charisma, craftsmanship and performance. Handcrafted since 1909, the Morgan's glamourous, shining curves, combined with its open, minimalist design, could be considered a foreshadowing of modern Lux Industrial. With Morgan, handcrafted, curved ice glass is elevated with stamped wave patterns on both sides. The glass is then presented over brass, nickel and black foundation plates, making every Morgan fixture more of a museum piece than just a simple fixture.

The Morgan 3 Light Scone are very beautiful. I ordered them for a bathroom and they worked perfect.. Brad. El Dorado Hills, CA. Sun May 24 2026

Inspired by the imaginative and surprising artwork found in century-old Japanese art books, Scribble takes things a little more Pop art. Sure to grab your attention in any space, Scribble features free-form curves and captures them in a circular framework to allow them to stand out in an ideal combination of art form and function. Scribble takes on an almost stream of consciousness style where there is no beginning or end, but an infinite flow - just like the creativity of the artists that inspired it. This collection is embellished by a silver gold finish applied to the scribbling itself and backed by a light taupe linen shade.

Striking and sculptural, the Vertigo family draws inspiration from the classic 1958 Hitchcock film of the same name. Handcrafted circular metal rings create an airy, tornado-like silhouette in each swirling composition. A statement on every scale, the family includes a sconce in two sizes, a pendant in two sizes, and a chandelier in three sizes. The rich, enduring finish options include Bronze with Gold Leaf, Gold Leaf, and Warm Silver Leaf.

The word "estela" is a translation for the word "trail, " and this collection takes its inspiration from many of them and the nature surrounding them. Now all paths have converged in the Estela collection. We invite you to wander the cascading paths created by this new collection, where you're sure to find your own path to enlightenment. For anyone looking for an inspired modern fixtures design, all trails lead to Varaluz. Estela features doubled up recycled wavy steel vanes finished in black with a slight gold edging inspired by the beauty of the Monarch butterfly.

The word Kalani is the Hawaiian word for “of the heavens or sky.” To some, it also has noble connotations meaning “royal one.” For Varaluz, it is the culmination of a very regal collection of metal work styled in the grand traditions of Venetian glass and crystal chandeliers. What makes the Kalani collection most striking is that we work in sustainable Capiz and upcycled Kabebe shells (reclaimed after food harvesting) with lead-free crystal to create a warm and inviting take on a glam fixture from days gone by, now reimagined for the modern day.

For a look that is out of this world, look no further than Cosmos. Alabaster disks draw inspiration from festive yet ethereal shapes. Cosmos by Varaluz embodies complex elements like real Spanish alabaster stone and harmonizes them in a neatly layered form. Cosmos takes glam rock a little Japanese with a dose of industrial charm, making it the embodiment of luxe industrial style.

A hand-forged iron leaf and stems adorn the glass of this light. The contrast between the metal and bright glass delivers a compelling visual. Shaped by artisans at our forge here in Vermont, each piece is unique.

This flush-mounted sconce brings a modern look to your home walls with its integrated LED setup. It's designed to deliver ambient illumination that pairs well with existing fixtures without cluttering up your wall profile. The dimmable function lets you adjust the brightness level to fit any mood, creating a cozy environment whenever you need a change. You can mount it vertically or horizontally depending on how you want to design your room layout. Plus, the energy-efficient design helps reduce power use while giving you dependable daily lighting in your space.

These lights worked out perfectly for our theater! We purchased 6 of them. We used a dimmer, and they put out just the right amount of light for the ambience we were going for. They are great quality and the packaging was superb. Our electrician was very pleased. This is a new build, so excuse the mess in the photo!. Staysea. Black Hills, SD. Sun Oct 11 2026
