When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Absolutely beautiful recliner! The color/fabric is perfect. Its very comfortable and you can sink right in. It arrived in one big box, was so easy to click the base and the back together and add the handle. After living with it for a few weeks, the end of the handle is slightly sharp and I feel like could impale someone if they fell on it. Also.. when you are in the recline mode, you push on the back to move it back and fourth but it doesnt seem to stay in place. Not huge issues but a little annoying. All in all, we love this chair!.
