We just moved into our first home and needed a new bed and this one definitely caught our attention! Shipping and delivery was very fast and the bed was extremely easy to build! It’s a very stunning bed frame and honestly looks even better than the photos! It’s very sturdy and doesn’t creek when getting on and off the bed and if you have a deep mattress like me (14.5in) this bed will with perfectly! Not to mention, you don’t even need a box spring! This frame is a 10010 ❤️❤️. Kortnee. Mon Oct 26 2026

Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. The design features an elegant slatted headboard showcasing vintage-inspired turns details and a softly arching top, paired with a matching footboard to complete the look. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Thu Sep 10 2026

This came in a bunch of pieces but is very sturdy. Hardest part was getting it all out of the box. Exactly what I wanted and a high enough headboard-where you can see the metal still poking out with all my decor pillows. Even with a thick platform bed and mattress! Very sturdy and doesn’t creak! Wayfair had the best price on this beauty, and I’m able to pay it out! Thanks!. Dawn Gardenhire . Oklahoma. Tue Jun 30 2026

The headboard features a design of flowing lines, crowned with elegant candle-ball finials that add a touch of luxury and romance to your bedroom. The bed frame itself is constructed from thickened carbon steel, offering exceptional compressive strength and fracture resistance. Its surface is finished with a durable powder coating, providing reliable protection against rust and wear.Furthermore, the 11.81-inch clearance under the bed offers valuable storage space, allowing you to maximize your room’s potential by storing away seasonal items and keeping your bedroom neat and organized. I purchased the queen size bed frame for a spare bedroom. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Instructions were easy to follow and pieces clearly marked. The stickers were hard to get off though.. Brenda. Frankfort, KY. Sun Sep 06 2026

This platform bed updates your home with a vintage-inspired look that blends seamlessly into any traditional or farmhouse setup. Constructed from steel, it features a slatted headboard and footboard that introduce an airy, open profile to your arrangement. Center support legs work alongside the perimeter frame to deliver a stable sleeping foundation that handles everyday use smoothly. Because the system includes its own steel slats, your mattress rests directly on the base to simplify your setup. Plus, it features an adjustable headboard height so you can easily customize the clearance to suit your specific mattress thickness.

The bed frame is simple but quite pretty and sturdy. The low profile footboard doesn’t cut into a small room - helps to keep it open. And there are two height choices. The taller choice allows for a nice space underneath for storage. The only thing I worry about is the plastic spacers that keep the crossbars for the platform in place. If a person needed to take the bed apart for any reason, I would worry that those spacers would wear out.. Michele. Harlingen, TX. Thu May 14 2026

Bedroom with this black metal bed, the 40-inch tall headboard features an elegant arched design with sleek straight spindles, adding classic sophistication. The matching footboard mirrors the spindle details for a cohesive look. Crafted with a sturdy metal slat system, this bed provides excellent mattress support, eliminating the need for a box spring. Strong metal legs ensure lasting stability, while the 12.5-inch under-bed space offers plenty of storage. Our exquisite bed is the perfect choice for your bedroom.

Very disappointing, the bed I received does NOT have the same detail as the photos on the website. The vertical rungs on the head and footboard are smooth round pipe not the more sculpted detailed ones on the website. I might have picked another bed with more detail had I known. With that said Wayfair has excellent customer service and communication, my grievance was resolved in 48 hrs and I was offered a 25 discount. The bed is very solid with no noise at all.. Marianna. Walnut Creek, CA. Mon Aug 10 2026

The headboard of this bed frame is defined by its smooth, flowing lines, designed to align with contemporary aesthetics and seamlessly integrate into any bedroom decor. The frame itself is crafted from metal with a matte finish, offering not only a sleek, modern look but also effective protection against rust. For unparalleled stability and durability, it is supported by 9 thickened metal legs and 14 metal slats, ensuring a reliable foundation for your mattress. So far loving this bed frame! It’s very easy to put together. You only need the Allen key wrench that’s included. Assembly is a breeze thanks to snap-fit slats and clear instructions—you’ll be done in about 30 minutes. Plus, everything ships in one box. No waiting. No hassle. Just a cleaner, smarter bedroom.

PACKAGING great- everything arrived with no damage. Nice looking bed overall and for the price it is a good deal. HARDWAREASSEMBLY came with all the necessary tools which was a nice surprise. It was fairly easy to assemble. We did end up with one screw that had too much powder coatingpaint so it wouldn’t allow you to screw the sides of the headboard in. They did not provide an extra screw to be able to swap out. Took a little effort but we were able to make it work. They provide you with 2 corner protectors but the adhesive sticks better to the red peel-off cover than to the part itself or the bed. MATTRESS we have a 13” thick mattress. If you have a mattress 11” or less it will slide right under the headboard. STABILITY a little iffy. Probably okay for a child but a teen or adult seems like they need to carefully sit down. DRAWER my biggest complaint by far. They missed the mark with this and actually it takes away from the purchase overall. It is not at. Jessica. IA. Mon Jun 22 2026
