They call their bassinets, "nature's bassinets", as they are completely handmade with dried natural elephant grass. Elephant grass is similar to hardened hay. Each basket takes several days to weave from start to finish. This is a very difficult completely handwoven craft, as a result, patterns and natural dyeing may vary slightly. Very elegant to use as a serving tray for all occasions.

The hamper that fits the space you don't have. Every bathroom has that gap — between the vanity and the wall, behind the door, the narrow strip beside the washer. Round baskets curve themselves right out of it. This one doesn't. The Ludmila half oval has a flat back panel, so it sits flush and gives the floor back. Set the lid on top and the laundry goes with it — no pile on show, no tidying before anyone comes over. 16.9" x 13.8" x 20.5", tall enough for a week of washing or an armful of throws when it moves out to the living room. Inside the weave, a full iron frame holds the shape load after load, and the water hyacinth is real, hand-woven in Vietnam — warm, a little golden in daylight, nothing like moulded plastic. Lid closed, and the room is done. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Natural fibre may arrive with a faint grassy scent that fades within a few days in a ventilated room. For indoor use.

Absolutely love this hamper! It’s light to carry and so ideal against a wall and takes up less space. It is made well, which I wasn’t so sure about at first, and seems it will hold up well. The lid is attached so it’s easy to keep it all together while taking out laundry. I just wish it had a better way to take the whole bag out when needing to carry laundry without un-tieing bag the whole time.. Ladybug. Miller Place, NY. Sun Oct 04 2026

This wicker basket offers a way to display, carry, and store all types of items with a bit of rustic style. The natural materials are durable and reliable -- promising to last through years of use. Made of wicker, this basket is woven into a beautiful two-tone pattern. The color of the corn and hyacinth rope creates a lovely contrast to complement many color palettes. The sides of this basket are flexible but remain sturdy to provide support to the items stored. The taller sides help contain more oddly shaped items as well. The handles are attached with a decorative weave -- a charming touch. These handles allow for a secure grip and an easy way to carry the essentials as you go about your daily routine. The wicker material makes for comfortable carrying, whether it be rested against the hip or held in front. It can serve as both a stylish storage option and beyond. This corn and hyacinth basket can be used in the car to stock up on road trip essentials, out at the park to hold picnic supplies, or at the foot of the stairs to hold your favorite house shoes. With its useful features and charming design, this two-toned wicker basket is the best choice for anyone looking to contain or carry various items in style. The wicker material is pleasant on the eyes and durable. It will give your overall day-to-day activities a fun, rustic twist.
