I do like these. Not sure if I’d say they were worth the price though. Note. The boxes are giant. Pay for white glove delivery. I was also picking up styrofoam for a literal month.. Elizabeth. Columbus, OH. Sun Oct 25 2026

This classic bookcase brings clean organization to your home office or study area. It's crafted from solid wood, highlighting a smooth texture that coordinates effortlessly with various decor styles. A fully finished back panel adds versatile placement options, letting you position it against a wall or use it to divide your space. The color and style are perfect in our bedroom, however the first try arrived damaged and trying to re-box it in the original cut-apart, damaged box was not fun. The replacement arrived about a month after the initial, damaged shelf and is in good shape. This is the second time we have ordered a wood product that arrived damaged. I like the final result this time though. Last time the replacement console table was worse than the first one!. Ruth. Franklin, TN. Sat Sep 19 2026

Love, love, love this bookcase! It’s well made, sturdy, and very heavy. Thank goodness for the gentleman that installed it. This is a great service Wayfair offers. He was professional, polite in my home, and did an excellent job. The only thing I would change or add to this bookcase is something to cover the hardware screws like a small round white sticker or dowel cap.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 21 2026

This freestanding, vintage-inspired bookcase is the ideal accent piece for your living room or main bedroom. Beautiful addition to our dining room. The color and shape were what I was looking for. Assembled rather easily and good structure to the cabinet. Not difficult to move into place by myself. Purchased to house heirloom crystal pieces. Unfortunately, the shelf clips included with the piece are just a hard plastic and after a couple years they gave way and shattered several of my pieces. Would recommend finding metal clips/pegs prior to installing shelving.. Katrina. Crown Point, IN. Tue Jul 07 2026

The end caps were two narrow causing the backing to pop and the screw in the top to break through the side. Wayfair was willing to send me new end caps and I sent pictures showing the damage. It has been a month and the new parts have still not arrived, even with several interactions with Wayfair. They promised they would come and I'm waiting for the second time with fingers crossed.. Reminiscent of that farmhouse tucked behind the rolling hills, the Durham collection brings the casual cottage look to a more formal setting. With its weathered wire brush chalk finish, rustic knotty cherry tops and antique finish hardware, Durham will meet your home and office needs.

Gorgeous, and so heavy and well built. Delivery was great too, they were early and very polite. It was nice not to end up wasting a whole day waiting around for them! I can’t wait to fill it up with my treasures!. Kimberly. Tarzana, CA. Tue Sep 15 2026

This classic bookcase seamlessly blends practical functionality with modern farmhouse style, bringing a touch of charm and sophistication to your dining or living space. Featuring paneled glass doors and sleek handles, it captures the essence of modern farmhouse design. Equipped with adjustable shelves and open storage areas, it maximizes storage capacity while maintaining a compact footprint. The combination of fine craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics makes it a versatile addition to kitchens, living rooms, or dining areas.

I had to cancel the bookcases that come with the middle unit because they kept delaying the delivery date. Also, the middle unit comes in two boxes, A and B. One of the boxes has no tools in it, so when you open the 1 box and you take all the pieces out, don’t go thinking that the tools are missing because more than likely they’re in the other box. In terms of the two additional bookshelves that go on each side of the middle unit, I don’t know about that because I never received those. But for a second I thought was missing tools until I opened the other box, so just remember that the middle unit comes as box A and B. That said, it took some time to put together, but it’s pretty straightforward. Just make sure you pay attention to the direction of which the pieces go. Also, you WILL NEED someone to help you put the top on the bottom because you can’t do it yourself, even if you have the strength to pick it up, you still need someone to help you line up the nails on part A into the holes on part B once you put both together. And remember, this is from box A and box B, which is impossible to do on your own. I already tried. Unless you get on a ladder and have a mirror or some kind of concoction you will simply not be able to do it without risking tearing up the wood. So needless to say it’s a two man job to put the two pieces together. But it will be beautiful in the end. And I plan to get my other two book cases somewhere else or some similar ones from Wayfair I just got tired of waiting. ). Erin W.. MD. Fri Oct 09 2026

This was initially going to be a 1 star review because when the bookcase arrived, every shelf and the bottom of the bookcase was damaged. I changed it to 4 stars because of how great the product support has been. I submitted the issue to wayfair and they put me in touch with the manufacturer, who offered to send a replacement if I sent the damaged one back. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning such a large item so I asked for a partial refund and they offered 25 back, which I felt like was fair. They also responded every time in a timely manner. So while the product did arrive damaged, customer service was excellent and this experience won’t deter me from ordering from wayfair again.. This solid wood bookcase brings a clean, architectural look to your space while offering plenty of room for organization. It's crafted from solid oak, showcasing visible woodgrain for added depth and a touch of organic texture. The open-shelf design allows you to display books, decorative accents, or storage baskets with ease. Its low-profile silhouette makes it a versatile addition that fits neatly under windows or against shorter walls. The stackable design gives you the flexibility to expand your storage as your needs grow. Plus, adjustable shelves let you customize the layout for taller items.

I purchased the 3-shelf size, 36" H X 48" wide. It holds my entire cookbook collection and does double duty as a divider between the foyer and kitchen/dining area. Beautiful, heavy wood in the mission style. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the backing. I wish furniture manufacturers would stop to consider that not every piece of furniture is going to be put against a wall, so it would be nice to have a decent backing. The back of this bookcase is some sort of shiny, vinyl covered panel and the color is awful. Maybe it was meant to be faux marble, but they missed by a mile. It simply looks like someone threw dirt on it then watered it!. Gloria. Exton, PA. Sat Apr 18 2026
