We just put this bench together this past weekend. Since it rained this past week, we didn't have an opportunity to use the bench/table at all. I when I went over to take a look at it for my review, I noticed several places where the finish already came off. It will need to be touched up and then have sealer applied. For the price, I would not have expected this to have happened. The functionality of the bench table will work well for us though. We have a 5'x8' patio area that used to have a swing. This park bench has a beautiful design and the material (steel) from which it is constructed is strong and durable. One of it's greatest features is the ease with which it is assembled. There are only 4 pieces -- the 2 side frames, the seat, and the back rest -- and 8 simple bolts that are screwed into place with a hex-head wrench that is included. I love the chair, but I have a few comments about it. The box came open. Barley taped together. This chair DOES lean forward very easy. If you have small kids I would watch them around it as my son has tipped it over multiple times as it’s hard to place and stay put. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! Get this one from Fleur De Lis Living. It is less expensive than other ones listed on Wayfair from different vendors, and it is the exact same bench. After researching many benches I chose this one because it is Cast Aluminum which makes it more resistant to rusting. It is large, heavy and will hold up to 3 average sized adults. It will be sitting on our river and won't fall over in the wind. My husband and I (in our 70's) put it together in an hour. Nothing was missing from the box. You will want to use a real wrench though because the included one is too flimsy. The bench came quickly and was well-packaged. It's a pretty soft black with just a touch of bronzing. I was concerned it would come in real bronzy looking; it's not. I have nothing at all to complain about. We love it and can't wait for Spring and start putting it to good use.
