We bought 4 stools for our island and they looks great. Assembly was little more difficult than expected, but directions were good. Seat cushions are very nice, but a little hard when you sit in them the first time. I expect that the cushions will soften up as they get used. This is a great barstool - it feels very high end with the real wood legs, the firm seating, the tufted fabric. I love that it swivels and the legs can be adjusted to go higher or lower depending on your counter. The reason for the four stars is because this piece comes in two separate boxes. We were sent only one box (the seat part) and it took almost two months of phone calls, parts ordering, emails, etc only to be sent ANOTHER seat. We finally got the legs, but it was quite the hassle.
