One of the chairs was defective, even with significant troubleshooting the chair could not be leveled and required replacement from wayfair. Difficult to put together because of so many screws but also very sturdy because of so many screws. Directions show putting the seat on with the curve in the front but the design of the chair really dictates it go in the back. Otherwise hardwood and solid chairs.
