The hose reel came very well packaged . The reel itself is very well-made, and is beautiful stainless steel. Unfortunately, I was unable to hook it up to my outdoor faucet because the attachment hose was too short for my need. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I may send it back or ask for a larger hose as you can see it's not going to work. The reel will be too close to the ground to put the hose on. Not sure why they give such a short piece to attach the faucet. Thye are making a lot of assumptions on where an averge outdoor faucet is placed from the ground.. Wayne. Fri Sep 25 2026

It does hold 150 ft. of 5/8” hose. I mounted on a concert wall the anchor needed a 9/16” hole the only drill bits I could find was between 1/2” and 5/8” so I had to buy 1/2” anchors. Other than that I like the hose reel.. John. Felton, DE. Sat Jun 20 2026

I love it! Beautiful brass hose. Waiting on the diverter valve that connects the showerhead and hose together hence the hose just hanging out. I couldn't be happier with Wayfair and their amazing selection of the Kingston Brass line. All our shower fixtures will be from this line moving forward. . Geydi. Oxnard, CA. Sat Apr 25 2020

I thought I was buying a 75 foot hose. What I got for this price is a 25 foot one. I went back on line to see the description and it doesn’t even say the length now. I wouldn’t have purchased a 25 foot one if it had said that. To return cost 5.00 or they offered 1.49 to keep it. Don’t buy this unless you’re looking for a really short one.. Debbie. Of all pieces I ordered this is the only one I have a little hesitation about because the drawers don’t seem to lineup, but that might be something that I need to fix. I also didn’t look carefully to realize it was shorter than all the rest of the cabinets, so I’ve gotta figure out some kind of base. Those are all my problems not the product. I am really impressed overall with this product. It is easy to assemble. The instructions are easy to follow and everything you need minus the tools are included in the box. It’s very well packaged and easy to assemble.. Duane. Salem, OR. Tue May 19 2026
