So far, so good. It is so nice to have a refrigerator that is counter depth but is still just 28 inches wide. GE appliances and Wayfair did a great job getting me the refrigerator to me on time and in good condition. The refrigerator is new; so, there is no way to know how it will hold up over the long term, but it is quiet and working as it it should now. I am a happy customer.. Kathleen. Redlands, CA. Fantastic wine fridge for the money. Item was delivered quick. Packing materials were high quality to ensure no damage during transport. There were even metal corner protectors and a hard plastic sheet to protect the glass. My only disappointment is that the shelves are somewhat tight, so non standard wine bottles or champagne don’t fit well. Even with that I would buy again and definitely recommend.. Trae. See GE Appliances Refrigeration in a whole new light, literally! Our redesigned Side-by-Side now incorporates LED Light Walls that illuminate the fridge and freezer, so you can see it all and find it fast. Models also include an extra tall, 11-inch water dispenser, so there’s no more tilting and spilling just to get your favorite water bottle to fit. Additional features take organization to the next level: adjustable shelves help fit tall items wherever you need them, wide shelves accommodate half baking sheets, an in-door icemaker creates freezer shelf space, and extra-large door bins help fit everyone in the family’s groceries.

Got this GE fridge to replace an old GE Profile that finally died. Loved that fridge! This is level down, due to not wanting to spend so much money. It was delivered today, so not sure about the actual function. Few things though that your engineers or designers should think about. My husband is very handy and decided to hookup the water line himself. Problem is the piece that you have to insert the copper water line to is very short, and initially leaked. Also, on door with water/ice, the shelf maybe should have a well built there to catch dripping water or any excess ice. Just 2 initial thoughts so far. I'm hoping to love this one as much as I did my old one... we'll have to see. Quick update: yes, you need to add a well or lip to ice/water fixture. I went to try out the ice 2 days later, it grinned for at least a minute before actually dispensing ice, then it shot out like a bat. Had ice all over the floor due to my glass not being able to hold the amount dispensed. I'm not sure what the problem or answer is.. Lucypearl289. New Jersey. Fri Aug 21 2026

Each of the 8 hardwood shelves can support the weight of up to 30 regular size bottles stored flat, or be converted into display shelves to show off your favorite bottles.
