The pros are that this dresser is heavy and solid, it looks beautiful, and it came assembled! (you just have to put the feet on it). Who-hoo! A really great piece of furniture! The cons are that after two weeks, I am still airing out the drawers and haven't used it. ugh! I am sensitive to chemical smells and although it didnt have a chemical smell coming out of the box, it became very apparent when we opened the drawers.
