The Viking 8.5 Quart 3-in 1 Roaster is a versatile cooking vessel; use it as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9 Quart (to rim) covered roaster, Dutch Oven or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4 Quart Au Gratin, casserole, saute or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-Ply Stainless Steel construction through out the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. Stovetop, Oven, Grill & Broiler safe to 600°F/315°C, dishwasher safe, lifetime limited warranty. Viking products began with a passion for cooking. The Signature loaf pan is ideal for everything from bread and pound cake to meatloaf, brownies, and even ice cream. With a generous depth and capacity, it’s also great for bubbling casseroles and lasagna. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.

Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Cast iron means this can be pre-heated on the cooktop before popping it in the oven. So versatile. The color Rhône is spectacular. Feels luxurious !. Acerulz. San Francisco, CA. Tue Dec 16 2025

This model is free of PFAS (including PTFE and PFOA) and BPA on all areas that come into contact with food or beverages.

All I can say is WOW! It was so easy I didn’t think it was working. Amazing results. Haven’t had bread this good in ages. Stopped buying it a long time ago because of bioengineered ingredients and lack of quality. Reviews said machine would make bread baking easy but I didnt think it would be this easy. Put ingredients in and then went outside to garden. Came back inside to a wonderfully formed golden loaf. Will try my hand at making a starter to see about sourdough bread. Cant wait to bake a couple of loaves, dry them out for use in Thanksgiving stuffing. The machine makes a nice high loaf. I had to use another storage container because the regular bread keeper was too small. Please note that the machine does not start kneading after hitting the start button. It takes a while for it to get to a required temperature before starting to mix all ingredients. This info was not in the booklet. Had to google if this was normal. Beyond happy with this purchase.. Joan. Dagsboro, DE. Fri Oct 23 2026
