Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on most cooktops, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The optional griddle is one accessory that is a must have. It is a direct replacement for the grate so it will fit with all Kenyon electric grills. For Texan owners, this means you can have one side for grilling, and one side with a griddle, or both sides with a griddle. This cast aluminum griddle is coated with the longest lasting non stick coating available and is the best way to prepare breakfast or anything else that requires a flat surface. To clean, simply take a wet paper towel and a set of tongs after you have finished using and wipe across to loosen any remnants, if that is not enough, after the griddle has cooled it can be placed in the dishwasher and will look like new every time.

Griddle works great but this is my third one since I’ve owned the grill for a year. Seems like they last about a year.. Brian. Westfield, IN. Mon Sep 14 2026

The grilling side features sturdy grates that deliver perfect sear marks and flame-kissed flavor, while the flat top griddle side gives you a spacious, non-stick cooking surface for eggs, pancakes, seafood, and stir-fry — foods that would normally fall right through traditional grates. Together, they give you 544 square inches of total cooking space, enough to feed the whole crew without crowding the surface. Power comes from the H-shaped stainless steel burners, which push out a combined 54,000 BTU — 30,000 BTU for the grill zone and 24,000 BTU for the griddle zone. This means fast preheating, even heat distribution, and consistent performance whether you are searing, sautéing, or slow-cooking. Independent burner controls let you manage each side separately, so you can cook different foods at different temperatures at the same time.
