The dresser was on back order but delivered almost a month early from estimated delivery date, which was good. The unit when put together was nice and as advertised, but did have a few scratches on the top and cracked side panel for one of the drawers. As a result dinging the rating 1 star. Currently working with customer resolution to resolve the 2 damaged parts. I also used the service to assemble the unit and satisfied. Highly recommend on any item with a lot of parts to assmeble.. Love this dresser! We ordered this to replace the dresser we previously bought from a different site. It was low quality and the legs fell off! (Item not purchased from Wayfair, we learned our lesson!!) Pro tip! We have build many pieces of furniture. This one the instructions were online only. Do yourself a favor and order the furniture builders for this piece, it is heavy, and a little cumbersome to build. Having said that, it is high quality, sturdy, and durable. The color is off white with brown streaks throughout. It has a dull or matte finish. It is heavy.. Steph. Sun Oct 18 2026

The Orpha double dresser is a quality piece, with smoothly-sliding drawers and a solid build, but unfortunately the hue is dark brown and not the golden brown that is pictured on the website. Even my review picture doesn't look as dark as it does in person. If you like dark brown, though, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.. Jason. CT. Wed Aug 26 2026

This dresser was perfect for our walking closet. Assembly was ok - not too difficult just time consuming. The drawers are not very deep and the dresser is on the shorter side so check the measurements of what you need first. It worked in the closet being shorter as it allows for hanging clothes above. Nice color tone as pictured.. Michele. Midway, UT. Tue Sep 01 2026

Took all day to build - seriously. It’s a really nice brown color, drawers slide inout easily. I went from a 6 drawer to this one. No extra clothes fit since the drawers aren’t so deep. All the parts were labeled correctly and very simple to follow instructions. Pretty heavy, though the wood pieces aren’t that thick, only the top one.. Anonymous. Mon Oct 05 2026

I purchase this dresser to use as a TV stand with drawers for storage. It works well for my intended purpose! The product page states "solid wood". The dresser is NOT solid wood. The backing is partical board, the underneath of the dresser is partical board. The drawers are partical board. When the description states "Solid Wood", the product should be Solid Wood!! The partical board has rough edges that snag material, so be careful when you pull your clothing out of the drawers. As a customer, those are the little things that irritate me when I open up a package and find that the frame is not solid wood and the wood is screwed onto the partical board! In Specifications they mention "Manufactured Wood, Particle Board, MDF, Chip Board", but not where it is used!! The color "Ivory is almost a perfect match to my bedroom furniture. I bought this piece specifically for the color and supposed solid wood!! I received the perfect color....just not the solid wood as described on the item page.. Carol. Westport, WA. Mon Oct 05 2026

Nice dresser for a kids room. Lots of steps, took me at least 3 hours to assemble. The top of the dresser has some scratches on it. The stabilizer bars don’t make sense and they seem like a tripping hazard. Overall it is a good dresser.. Ciera. Louisville, KY. Thu Sep 17 2026

It is suitable for various spaces, including bedrooms, living rooms, corridors, storage rooms, etc.

This seven drawer dresser was a little more expensive than what I was wanting to spend. I put it off for a while and then finally went for it, it was the only 7 drawer dresser I could find in the style that I liked. I wanted all the pieces in my bedroom to be unique but also look like they belong together. This dresser definitely accomplished this. It was VERY heavy so you definitely want help bringing it in. The assembly took quite a while with all the drawers but the directions were straightforward and easy to follow. Everything lines up and the drawers move smoothly. There are no handles so you grip the top three drawers from the bottom to pull them out, the rest have a lip on the top. I am able to fit in a lot of clothes and even some art supplies in these drawers. They are deep and wide and there is plenty of space for all my clothes. I do not think I could find a better dresser than this that suited my needs. It looks beautiful and is high quality wood. It was packed carefully and I had no scratches, dents or issues with the pieces as I pulled them out of the box which is rare for something so heavy and with so many pieces.. Christy. Buffalo, NY.
