It’s beautiful and looks as pictured. I took off one star because they should have labeled the glass, but I was prepared based on other reviews so I easily figured out the back glass from the front. Also the metal sticker that covers the screws on the front of the glass (the sticky part of it) kept falling off so I had to use command strips to make it stay. I’m a woman and I put it together and it’s sturdy. I did have to get my adult daughter to help me lift it a couple of times as it’s heavy. My bf told me to wait until he came home from work travel to put it together, but I was impatient and excited, lol. I’m pretty good at figuring stuff out and putting stuff together (I take a part and put computers together), but let’s just say next time for something like this I’m waiting for him because it was heavy, hahaha. Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. These are the frames. You have to order the racks separately. Once you figure out the frame height based on your ceiling height, you will need to cut the frame to size. Then you can install the racks. Holes are not pre-drilled so you can essentially make any configuration you want. I ordered the 42 bottle configuration and it came in 2 separate racks. I think it was a 28 bottle rack and a 14 bottle rack that I just stacked one on top of the other and drilled into the frame. Bought longer nails because it comes with short ones.
