So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter. The instructions to build it weren’t the best. But I would highly recommend this chair. The price can’t be beat for all that it offers.. Anonymous. Franklin, IN. Sat Aug 15 2026

Loving this recliner so far! The chenille fabric is super soft and feels way more expensive than the price tag suggests, and the tanbeige color matches my living room perfectly. The massage function is a nice surprise - great after a long day, and the remote is simple and intuitive. Reclining is smooth and quiet, not stiff or jerky like some cheaper models. Assembly took about 20 minutes with no tools issues. Its on the bigger side so measure your space first, but overall really happy with the comfort and quality for the price. Would buy again.. It’s a good recliner and pretty much what I expected at this price. The only thing it’s lacking is a lever to open the footrest. You have to push it open with your hands, and I’m concerned that over time this could cause the fabric on the armrest to loosen or come off. If it had a lever for the footrest, I definitely would have given it 5 stars.. Yahyakhanaslam. Mon Oct 05 2026
