Just say, "open can" and the lid opens automatically, so throwing trash away is quick, efficient and hassle-free. This trash can is particularly suitable for homes as well as office spaces. The silent closing lid is designed to minimize noise. The liner is extra strong to prevent leaks and tears. The internal hinge prevents the lid from hitting the wall.

The trash can looks nice and that's all it has going for it. The sensor is not as sensitive as it should be to pickup motion and to stay open while dumping trash into it. The lid closes very shortly after you wave to open it but needs close proximity to the sensor to detect for open. There are times it would not open until you were about 2 inches from it. The lid also stayed open if your hand was in it and the sensor did not detect your movement while dumping until you waved over the sensor again. I would not recommend this trash can.. Michael.
