Overall decent purchase. Not very soft to sit on at first but it’s slowly breaking in. I was expecting a little better quality but it’s probably as to be expected for the price point. So far no regrets in my purchase.. Dawn. Manchester, NH. Sun Jun 07 2026

Update: they were comfortable as soon as they came out of the shrink wrap, but then as time went on the cushions got harder and harder, and they are not comfortable anymore. The stuffing is like little broken up pieces of foam and it’s too over stuffed. That makes it hard now. I do not recommend unless you want something very firm. No no Easy to put together, but very hard to get shrink wrapped cushions out of where they stuffed them into the frame of the loveseat. Very nice when done comfortable. I bought 2 so it took me some time by myself. I’m pleased with them though.. Susan O. Port Orange, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

Chenille or linen-look upholstery with water-, oil-, and stain-resistant protection adds texture and practicality to your living room, apartment, or open-concept space.

Definitely not TAUPE. DEFINITELY GREY. Instructions are chaotic at best. Would be better if all pieces were labeled as to what part that they were. Nonetheless the chair is very comfortable.. Gayle. New York, NY. Tue Oct 13 2026

Well built and comfortable. The fabric is great.. Susan. Las Cruces, NM. Sat Jun 19 2021

Sporting clean lines and sleek track arms, the decidedly contemporary profile is enhanced with plump cushioning and a chenille-feel upholstery that's so pleasing to the touch. Sure to play well with so many color schemes, this loveseat in richly neutral alloy includes a pair of understated floral pattern pillows for fashionably fresh appeal.

The loveseat is comfortable for occasional visits or light to moderate use, but I think the material support will wear out quickly for daily use. I plan to use this for guests, so it is what I expected. I did however have issues with the initial product. The base (underside) fabric was ripped and the pre-drilled holes for the feet were not provided.. Justin. Indialantic, FL. Fri Dec 05 2025

Style, comfort, and durability describe the reclining loveseat. Featuring heavy-duty 250-pound-rated easy open mechanisms this loveseat is ready for years of exceptional comfort. Choose the option that best suits your functional needs. The Manual option features soothing rocking motion of the seats that each rock independently. The classic style of the reclining loveseat is enhanced with two accent pillows and individually placed antiqued nail heads to bring a look of sophistication and style to any room in your home.

Ordered both the couch and the loveseat matching set. They look great. They are a little taller from the seat to floor than I thought they would be. Probably best for people that are 5’5” and taller if you hope to reach the floor while sitting. Opening and reclining of the couch is great, getting them to close once again is a little tricky. Overall, the fabric is great, appearance is great, delivery was amazing. I would purchase again.. Debra. Cheney, WA. Thu Feb 26 2026

Cute loveseat! I like that it has manual recliner pulls. Color is great and it is soft. Recline is nice but at times difficult to push into position, and if you put too light weight on seat, it’ll close easily. Otherwise I love it.. Caitlin. Pennsylvania. Wed Aug 19 2026

The Serta Copenhagen 78-inch rolled arm sofa combines classic comfort with a streamlined profile for everyday living. Easy-care fabric, loose pillow-back cushions, and supportive construction make it a practical choice for living rooms, apartments, offices, and family spaces.

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Sun Sep 20 2026

It’s growing on me. My family loves it though the upper support is really not there. Outside of that, easily put together and works for us! Firm bottom cushions though a comfy seating area. Back support for myself is not comfortable. Joshua. Arlington, TX. Mon Aug 24 2026
