MERACH Hip Abductor Machine, Glute & Leg Workout Equipment Trainer for Home Gym, 330lbs Weight Capacity, Black & Red

This is a well built workout machine. The resistance is great and it has two different bands. Its helped with my back pain quite a bit and strengthened my lower core , hips and glutes. I would recommend. Ann S.. Akron, OH. Wed Oct 07 2026

What if you could replace every machine at your local gym with one unit that fits where your old squat rack used to be? Picture this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses, then — without re-racking a single plate — you step inside the cage for squats, slide the dual pulleys into position for lat pulldowns, and finally lock in the vertical leg press for a brutal finisher. All while your training partner works the other side of the cable system. This isn't just a rack; it's your personal commercial-grade training fortress, engineered to give you 10 stations, 200+ exercises, and zero excuses.

What if your family's fitness goals didn't require a garage full of separate machines? Imagine this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses while your partner crushes lat pulldowns on the opposite side—both of you using the same 121lb weight stack, in the same footprint, at the same time. No waiting, no re-racking plates, no compromising. This isn't just a home gym; it's a dual-sided training fortress where every workout feels custom-built, every session is shared, and every square inch works harder than you do.

Just want I was looking for. All in one smith machine for my basement. Got it on sale and have no regrets.. Yareli. Cumming, GA. Sun May 03 2026

Built for heavy use with a 1200 lbs capacity, wear-resistant leather, and integrated weight plate storage.

Amazing addition to our garage gym! I can get an amazing lower body workout in a few exercises. This piece is well made and sturdy. I don’t feel it rolls as smooth as I would like, but I may add some kind of lubricant to fix that. Check your pieces when unboxing because we had a couple pieces that were bent, but the supplier sent us new pieces with no problem. The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and well packaged. The hardware is labeled by step so even though it was a lot of pieces it wasn’t daunting to assemble. This piece of equipment has many cool features. It works with standard and Olympic size plates. It has a spot for band attachments. It has so many adjustments to target different areas of your legs. The back pad and shoulder pads are comfortable. I love that it adjusts to be able to work for me (5’3”) and my husband (6’3”). If you have the space, a leg press is a very effective lower body workout in a short amount of time.. Alison. Wylie, TX. This all-in-one delt machine targets all three deltoid heads through a shoulder press, lateral raise, and a dedicated rear-delt reverse fly, featuring independent movement arms to correct muscle imbalances. With three anterior-delt specific grips—including a new neutral-grip handle for enhanced activation—and high-density padded support, it enables focused, heavy lifting in comfort.

Great shoulder workout machine without buying multiple bulky pieces of equipment, this combo machine is a fantastic space-saver. By combining a dedicated overhead press with a lateral raise station, it effectively targets all the shoulder workout at home. The absolute standout feature of this machine is its versatility. You can seamlessly transition from heavy overhead presses to isolating your middle delts with the lateral raise arms. Because it uses weight plates instead of a built-in weight stack, the machine is much easier to move and assemble. It also allows you to utilize the standard or Olympic plates you likely already own. The seat pad is adjustable. The thick, powder-coated red steel frame provides a sturdy and stable base. It doesn't rock or feel flimsy when loaded up with heavy plates. The black upholstery on the seat, backrest, and arm pads makes it comfortable to sit on. As with most heavy-duty home gym equipment, it took me a couple hours to assemble. i was able to do it by myself. Having a socket wrench set will make tightening all those bolts significantly faster than using the basic tools. It is heavy duty.. Molly. Saint Louis, MO. Mon Apr 20 2026

Shipped in two boxes, this all-in-one steel gym delivers a Smith carriage, power cage, bearing pulley station, pull-up bar and 360° landmine inside a space-saving triangle frame. Colour-coded parts, bubble-wrapped hardware and a video guide let two people assemble fast and lift sooner.

Super easy set up. Great instructions.. Tom. Clear Lake, WI. Mon May 18 2026

Now picture one sleek frame that does it all: load the 150lb stack once and move from chest presses to leg extensions to preacher curls without changing a single weight plate. This isn’t just a machine—it’s your personal fitness headquarters, ready for any workout you throw at it, any day of the week.

I love and highly recommend this elliptical! Though it says hour and a half to put together with one person. It is great for a small compact space and has a long stride. I would say that the only drawback is that the footpedals are a bit narrow, but not enough to really affect the use. This is perfect for a small home gym.. Misty. Peru, IN. Sat Aug 08 2026

This is heavy metal! See how thick the lid is? I have some other cheap gun safes but those are like tin-can to this one. It is solid heavy, 12 gauge steel I guess? Surprised for this price. Big enough for my 2 guns and clips. Programming is simple and straight-forward, easy to use. Fingerprint works well, the spring lid pops up pretty quick. You can turn sounds off pretty easy by a button click, very convenient. Love it. Greg. NJ. Mon Apr 20 2026

What if you could take serious glute-building power anywhere—without hauling around a bulky, heavy machine? Compact enough to stash under your bed, tough enough to handle 700 lbs, and versatile enough to turn any floor into a lower-body powerhouse.
