What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win. When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons: Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking. Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. Because of the even heat, they come out incredibly crispy every single time, which was always a struggle with my older, non-uniform pans. Durability: The pan feels very heavy-duty and resistant. To keep the nonstick surface in perfect condition, I always make sure to use specialized utensils (like silicone or wood) instead of metal. Highly recommended if you want professional results at home!. Kat. Belmont, MA. Thu Apr 23 2026

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.
