The Red Line 250 Electric Food Slicer is a professional slicer for home use. Features all the technology of professional Berkel meat slicers. This professional electric slicer for home use is elegant and lightweight and is made of a special aluminum alloy. The steel blade ensures a perfect cut to make thin and even slices while reducing waste. The built-in sharpener enhances blade efficiency and durability. The slice deflector, blade cover, and meat table can be easily removed to ensure quick and accurate cleaning operations. The ideal solution for customers who want an iconic design piece to be exhibited in their kitchen without sacrificing professional slicing performances.

This machine is fantastic. I looked for a used slicer but the high quality machines were from supermarkets. Too big and heavy. I looked at some very excellent Chinese slicers but I decided to spend a little more for the Berkel. This slicer is not light but I can easily carry it around the kitchen. It slices prosciutto tissue thin. Instead of paying $15 pound for sliced roast beef I cook a roast for $6/lb. I bet I’ll be looking down from heaven one day seeing my great great grand kids using this slicer one day.. John. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 22 2025

The demands placed on modern cooking utensils are high. In addition to absolute functionality, they must also boast impressive designs. Zwilling Pro series kitchen utensils are therefore not only carefully conceived, but they are also very attractive and, above all, highly practical. This spatula developed by internationally known designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez combines polished and matte stainless steel to create a unique look. At the same time, the material mix is exceptionally practical: The stem’s satin-finish stainless steel is easy to handle, while the polished front end is made from a single piece to be very smooth and seamless. The separating edge makes dividing food simple and the wide slots allows frying fat to easily drain through. The spatula is ideally suited for stainless steel cookware and allows you to easily turn, lift or remove food. After using the spatula, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher and hung from its loop on the kitchen rail.

This meat slicer has combined an elegant design with the performance of a powerful food slicer. Slice meat, cheese, bread, vegetables, and fruit quickly and easily with this quality slicer. Features precision depth control and a strong, high-quality 180-watt gear motor. Large multipurpose handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes. If you expect to slice a lot of cheese, we recommend a motor of 130 watts or more. Cheese can create a lot of blade drag but the slicer's motor has the power to take it in stride.

This is a fantastic slicer for the money! I compared the different features between 4 or 5 slicers here on Wayfair all in the same price range, and this one was the clear winner. It had the largest blade diameter which is what I was looking for, Ive always wanted to buy deli meat in bulk and then slice it myself, Roast Beef is 13.99 a pound at my local store.. I bought a whole roast beef for 6 dollars a pound, at a restaurant supply store, sliced it myself and got the thickness I wanted. The range of thickness is such a bonus, I love that it has a dial, Im shaving my roast beef but Im slicing my Turkey breast thicker for hot Turkey sandwiches! This slicer has cut through every single cut of meat that I have tried like it was butter! I work this slicer hard and it does not feel like it is struggling at all, the motor is fantastic. I was a little concerned about the amount of cleanup but this thing cleaned up in under 2 minutes. It arrived undamaged it took about 3 minutes to assemble, and the shipping was fast and free..
