When I first got the package. It was extremely heavy. I have 7 oriental lamps weight isn’t that bad. Assemble not that hard. 17 inches tall and beautiful. Let me tell you four sides of lamp. Excellent quality, beautiful lamp with a nice number of color options. I chose green yellow. The glass shades are hand blown in clear and white, the. Thehand painted, and baked enamel. The shades are heavier, and larger, than most of this styles the lamp base has nice detailing. I like the leaves. We placed two lamps on a niche above our wet bar. Be aware, the green yellow has an extremely yellow light. I had warm white bulbs 2700 kelvin and it looked like a yellow bug light. I changed them to bright white 3000 kelvin and it helped, substantially. And the main description calls it a "3 Colors Flower Reading Light," but the only way to get different colors is to change the bulb. I absolutely am in love with this lamp. It's beautiful. The colors are bright, it's well made, assembly was easy, it's heavy. My only "fault," is just careful pulling it from the foam as the leaves will bend a little. I've sent photos to several friends just to show them my love for a lamp!!! I could not wait until my lamp was delivered. However, if I knew how much I could love this lamp, I would have trouble in being patient for its arrival. This lamp is much prettier than picture, if that is possible. It is the perfect height that I was looking for and very sturdy. The colors are exactly as shown in the picture.
