The chair fits my kitchen counter. I like the back on it and that it swivels. It was easy to put together right out of the box. Reason for 4 stars-the seat has the seam at the front, I would think it should be at the back. In order to do so you would have to remove the seat back and drill a new hole. I was looking for a lower profile stool that still had good back support and these were it! They are cushy and soft and supportive. They were the perfect color as well. My only wish is that they had foot rests on the sides as well, but that's because I'm used to that now. One cushion has a small gouge that would have split more as we sat on it, so I requested a replacement and Wayfiar was so quick to respond! We had a replacement within the week.
