We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw.
