Stiff at first, which is normal. But very comfortable and was easy to put together. Looks great, I’ve fallen asleep on it many times. Had it for almost a year now and has held up well, still feels brand new. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

This is such a comfortable couch and the right size for my smaller apartment. It’s comfortable to sit on and supportive, which is what I was looking for, it does not get squichy but still very soft. The color is great and the pillows that come with the couch are very soft and comfortable to sit back on. This does take two people to assemble but was very manageable and worth it.. Anonymous. Sink into comfort with this reclining sofa, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and everyday practicality. Upholstered in soft, stain-resistant microfiber, it features overstuffed cushions, flared arms, and a wide cushioned back for full-body support. The 83" width easily seats three, while the manual reclining mechanism lets you kick back with ease—no outlets required. Its contemporary lines and neutral tones make it a seamless fit for a range of interiors, while easy-care upholstery makes it a smart pick for busy households.

Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color. The photo is a color accurate representation of how my eyes see The colors.. Jay Williams. St Petersburg, FL. Sun Jul 19 2026

So, everything in the photo is from Wayfair and I’ve received tons of compliments on the look. The couch is nice however I would say the back cushions aren’t as full as the picture nor as they should be. I am satisfied with all the products and the way everything turned out.. Ebonee. Update: they were comfortable as soon as they came out of the shrink wrap, but then as time went on the cushions got harder and harder, and they are not comfortable anymore. The stuffing is like little broken up pieces of foam and it’s too over stuffed. That makes it hard now. I do not recommend unless you want something very firm. No no Easy to put together, but very hard to get shrink wrapped cushions out of where they stuffed them into the frame of the loveseat. Very nice when done comfortable. I bought 2 so it took me some time by myself. I’m pleased with them though.. Susan O. Port Orange, FL. Mon Oct 05 2026

We purchased two of these and couldn’t be more pleased! We were hesitant, as we have never made such a big purchase without trying it out first, but our confidence in Wayfair based on past purchases on here, pushes us to go for it. We are so happy we did. They are good quality the stitching is beautiful and they are so comfortable to boot.. Laura. Sun Jun 07 2026

Durable materials, nice deep seat couch. Only disappointment is that the color isn’t what I expected. Thought the color would have some tealsea blue to it but it’s a true navy color.. Stacey. Plainfield, IL. Sun Aug 02 2026

Clean, modern, and effortlessly elevated, this natural three seater sofa with slope arms brings a refined sense of ease to your space. The woven chenille fabric in a warm neutral tone creates a light and airy foundation that is easy to style and easy to live with. The angled slope arms introduce a sleek, contemporary silhouette that feels both minimal and intentional. Designed for everyday comfort, the supportive cushions invite you to unwind while maintaining a polished look. As part of a modular system, this piece is designed to grow with you, allowing you to expand and reconfigure your layout over time.

We bought this seat to add to the sectional we just bought to elongate the sectional set. It's nice that I we could customize the sofa more. All the pieces came for the sectional in great condition with no tearing etc. However there were three pieces, this chair included where there were small manufacturing defects with the locking systems. Like a clamp screwed in the wrong place or the wrong connector placed in a specific spot. This chair was missing a metal connector piece. We are still in the process of getting a hold of the manufacture to remedy these locking system issues. Other than these issues, we really like the couch. Very firm and will hold its shape well. Chenille fabric is very durable and washes great. We have little kids and I've been able to wipe off things very well. The chair backs are perhaps a little low for my husband but I feel supported and I am 5'4". We got the blue color and it is much lighter in person than the photos as a warning. The listing pictures have this as being a deep navy but it is definitely more of a cobalt blue-warmer tone blue if you have a well lit room. If this were in a basement with less natural light than I think it would look much darker. Overall, I would say I am impressed by the material and the firmness of the cushions for durability but for the price we paid I think the manufacturing issues are frustrating and I hope they resolve everything.. The Serta Copenhagen 78-inch rolled arm sofa combines classic comfort with a streamlined profile for everyday living. Easy-care fabric, loose pillow-back cushions, and supportive construction make it a practical choice for living rooms, apartments, offices, and family spaces.

Honestly, what is not to like about this thing Its cheap, it looks good, I am probably breathing in some deadly chemicals sitting on it.. but it gets the job done! Looks great, not sure how they can fit a couch in a box. When you first put it together it will look sad and depressing, and it will smell. Just walk away from it. A few days later, it will be completely aired out and will be fluffed up.. night and day difference. Very comfortable, does not look cheap at all and is everything I need it to be. Would 100 purchase it again.. Will. Holliston, MA. Mon Sep 21 2026

This multifunctional sofa combines comfort, storage, and flexible layout in one. In daily use, it’s a stable, supportive centerpiece for the living room; when you need a break, a gentle pull expands it into a spacious sleeping area, instantly turning the living room into a “temporary bedroom.” The chaise can switch between left and right to adapt to different floor plans and traffic flows: read by the window, place it against a wall to free up a walkway, or pair it with a coffee table to create a cozy viewing zone. The thick cushions and pillows provide solid support for the back and waist, keeping you comfortable during long chats, work sessions, or binge-watching. Armrests with built‑in storage and side pockets keep throws, remotes, and tablets out of sight for a cleaner space. Picture this: a weekend movie night where you recline the back, pull out the bed, stretch your legs, and grab a throw from the armrest; or a friend staying over—set up the bed in seconds and, the next morning, close it back into a neat sofa—effortless and elegant.

Assembly took a few hours with 2 people. Part labels were inconsistent. Very firm - we’ll be adding a foam pad for sleep. Overall a decent spot to put occasional overnight guests.. Caitlin. MN. Sun Jun 07 2026
