Red Wood Chest

A solid wood, narrow storage trunk for a very skinny porch? I looked high and low and this is it. No mdf or particle board furniture for me. This piece is very well made and carefully packaged and shipped. I painted mine white to match my porch and kept the slightly distressed sides and top.. Janet. La Jolla, CA. Wed Sep 30 2026

Harry 3 Dresser arrived today and the box looked a little wet and damaged in the corner, but all peices were okay when I opened the box. It took about a couple hours to put together, the instructions were good, but with one exception of the rolllerbar on the drawers is incorrectly pictured in the manuel. The roller should be at the back of the drawer not in the front. Not sure why they have this incorrectly pictured. Other than that, I am satisfied with the dresser. It looks great and is well built.. The Painswick Storage Unit pairs a solid wood frame with a mixed-media storage layout, featuring two top drawers above four woven baskets. The removable baskets operate as pull-out bins with integrated cutout handles, allowing contents to be carried to other rooms or tucked completely out of sight. Measuring 29 inches wide and 27.5 inches high, the compact profile fits easily into entryways, bathrooms, or narrow hallways. Mixed Storage Layout: Two traditional pull-out drawers sit above four open cubbies, each fitted with a removable woven basket to organize household essentials while keeping visual clutter concealed. Removable Woven Baskets: The woven bins feature integrated cutout handles for easy access, allowing them to function as sliding drawers within the frame or standalone totes for carrying items across the room. Scalloped Base Apron: A subtly arched base apron softens the rectangular frame, while the solid top provides a stable surface for displaying lighting, trays, or everyday decor.. The shallow 13-inch depth makes it an ideal organizational drop zone for narrow entryways, mudrooms, or guest baths without restricting foot traffic. Wood and Woven Care: Wipe the frame clean with a damp cloth. Clean the woven baskets with a soft brush or vacuum attachment to remove dust. Avoid harsh chemicals on the finish.

This table is exactly what I wanted for my entryway. The size and style are perfect and it looks stylish too. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. Assembly was easy since only the 4 legs need to be screwed in. The only negative? After the legs were in place and I stood it up, I saw the flaking-chipped paint on the front of the top edge, bummer. I received money back for keeping it and luckily I know how to mix colors to get red touchup paint. It's obvious it came from the factory this way.. Bonnie. Los Osos, CA. Fri Jun 13 2025

This is a cute, solid little cabinet, that I really wanted to keep, but it wasn't quite what I wanted, so I returned it. Mainly, because it is only 24 inches tall, NOT the 48 inches listed in the description! Also, I ordered the 'old red', which I thought would be a deeper red. Actually, the 'old' colors are 1 coat of paint with distress sanding, and I didn't want a distressed look. I was ready to leave a very poor review due to inaccurate information in the description, but Wayfair customer service was excellent with processing my return and refund. Also, this cabinet is manufactured by Sawdust City LLC, so I have no idea why the brand is listed as 'Winston Porter.' If you go directly to the manufacturers' site, there are more colors, different door styles, and several hinges styles to choose from. This cabinet is called 'modular storage cabinet', item # SU01.. It's a solid wood giant‐ there is no other way to describe this 57.25-inch-tall solid wood chest! Practically indispensable in small apartments and even some houses‚ it holds a ton of stuff while taking up a small footprint. Very deep super jumbo drawers will tuck away a heap of your belongings! A locking top drawer will keep your private things private and other items away.

This is the second one we've bought. Got this in black 2 years ago.....so impressed with the quality, and how well it's holding up, ordered another in white! Love the big deep drawers. Super smooth drawer action. Sturdy and pretty. Tips: 1. it's tall and heavy! Do not skip tethering to the wall behind it. 2. Lots of pieces and parts, give yourself room for the build, and use furniture scooties (those discs you put beneath furniture feet to move stuff around) because this will be too big and top heavy to lift safely. 3. Hand tightening the screws...ALL the screws...is carpal-tunnel waiting to happen. BUT, it's easy to overtighten and ruin the hole. To save your wrist and some time, use the drill to start all the screws, but finish the tightening by hand.. Elizabeth. Alexandria, KY. Tue Sep 01 2026
