Because it’s firm, it won’t look worn out as quickly. The texture feels like soft leather and it fits into a slightly smaller space (our living room isn’t very big). I wish the leg recliner was a bit longer. I’m 5’4 so I’m not tall and the leg rest comes up to mid-calf versus under the heel. Overall, I give it 5 stars and think it was worth the few week wait.. Great quality, easy to put together by sliding on back cushions. I gave a 4 star because the arm rests are not arm rests, they are to even with seat. I prefer a higher arm rest. Going to give it a couple of days and see is I need to return for more arm rests or if I can deal. If you want a couch with no armrest, I highly recommend this couch.
