We loved this chair so much that I kept stealing it from my husband when we were watching TV and we ended up buying a second one. So comfortable! We really like that. The adjustment to lean back is manual and not electric like so many of them are because we do have a dog and a puppy so it eliminates the risk of any courts getting chewed and it’s very easy to adjust it.. Good size and comfortable. The option to move the massage feature from your back, to your head to removing it entirely and still having a cushion to replacement was a nice surprise. Only reason it loses a star is due to the fact the assembly instructions aren't entirely clear. It lacks specific details that would be very helpful and you're left to interpreting the images. Made the assembly more difficult than it actually is. Also, a nit pick is I wish I could raise the chair a bit higher, but overall satisfied with the purchase.. Michael. North York, ON. The chair seems nice so far. The instructions are easy enough. The actual sitting pieces - the armrests, the padding, the leather, etc. - all seem high quality. The mechanisms to raiselowerrecline do not, though. The knob to recline came off on my first use. I was able to put it back on but it will happen again. You also only have one recline position - it’s either locked to where you cannot recline or it’s not. You cannot set it to different recline angles like many high-end chairs.. Richard. First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026
