I love the sofa and its smaller size is great for my small home. The reason for 4 stars is it took my SIL and daughter way too long to attach the spring under one of the pieces that was loose in the box. Otherwise, installation would have been fine. It is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, easy to operate. The wall hugger was a game changer. The room is bigger with this kind of recliner. We are very pleased. Also ordered two matching recliners that are on backorder. But Wayfair handled this issue very well with me and I would definitely give 5 stars to the customer service. If everything matches when chairs arrive, I couldn't be happier. Have to wait on that review until I see. Wayfair assures me that they will match.. Shryl. Big Sandy, TX. Fri Jul 31 2026

Color is a little lighter than I hoped, but it is nice. Delivery and set up was great. The delivery guys were awesome!! It is definitely for smaller people. I don’t like the power buttons . They are too far back and it’s awkward to use. Also you have to use one button for up and down. You use the front of the very small button for up and the back for down. Also the same for the headrest. I will get use to them. Also you definitely need a pillow behind your head, it not to comfortable. Maybe in time when it’s broke in , it will be better. .. Rhonda. US.
