Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

OK I put in a new kitchen and I splurged on this cookware set. I love it came with a verticle storage system. I wasn't able to use the lid holder but it's still great. It heats up really fast and stays hot for a long time. I have to learn to cook all over. I did have to go out and buy a rubber spatula because I don't want to scratch the surface.
