Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons: Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking. Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. Because of the even heat, they come out incredibly crispy every single time, which was always a struggle with my older, non-uniform pans. Durability: The pan feels very heavy-duty and resistant. To keep the nonstick surface in perfect condition, I always make sure to use specialized utensils (like silicone or wood) instead of metal. Highly recommended if you want professional results at home!. Kat. Belmont, MA. Thu Apr 23 2026
