The post lamp was everything it was advertised to be, and a perfect match for our existing garage lamps. The only potential issue for prospective self installers... three small holes are required to be drilled in your existing post... for the mounting screws... instructions say to make these 1/16" diameter. I quickly realized this was too small, when the first brass screw sheared off when installing with a screwdriver. I went up in size to 7/64" and the next two installed as intended... fortunately I was able to use one of the old screws to replace the one that had broken. So look at the screw size, and consider a larger drill size for the pilot hole. Great purchase overall.. Alfred. The Villages, FL. Sat Jan 01 2022

This breathtaking Oakwood 1 Light Outdoor Black Lantern Head is a beautiful piece from our Oakwood Collection. With its sophisticated beauty and stunning details, it is sure to add the perfect touch to your landscape.

I ordered the pole with this lantern and I love it. It does not come with a bulb. I suggest using an aquarium type long skinny bulb. It looks great. Again make sure your pole has the mounting kit as I had to pay my electrician to come back after I had to order the kit. I don't know who wants a pole without a way to attach a lantern to the top, but with it, it looks great.. Shirley. Tampa, FL. Mon Mar 31 2025

Originally made to encase the light of a flickering flame, lanterns were first designed for function, not fashion. Today, they incorporate both. Take this lantern head for example: Crafted from metal, it features a cylindrical silhouette with molded detailing, putting a contemporary twist on a traditional construction. A wavy glass shade diffuses light from any incandescent bulb up to 100W (not included), while a wet location rating makes it perfect for your outdoor ensemble.

The Tucker Outdoor Post Mount Lantern delivers timeless style with a refined transitional silhouette that complements a wide range of exterior settings. Finished in your choice of Museum Black or Oil Rubbed Bronze, this lantern features clean lines and durable construction designed to withstand the elements while enhancing curb appeal. Perfect for illuminating pathways, driveways, and garden landscapes, it provides both safety and ambiance with a warm, welcoming glow. Its versatile design pairs seamlessly with traditional and modern architecture alike, while the post mount installation offers elevated, impactful lighting (post sold separately).
